As we know, cheese and other dairy products are considered inflammatory for our body. My body is very sensitive to dairy product, I can see my stomach swollen just 30 minutes after I ate cheese or drink milk. But again, my mouth sometimes misses the good taste of my old buddy cheese!

I took a liquid capsule of ibuprofen while I ate my food, with hope that it would negate the inflammatory effect to my uterus. Guess what? I was wrong! 😭😭😭
My stomach swollen double its original size, I felt bloated, cramp, and back pain. Ibuprofen helped to relief the pain, but after 4 hours the pain came back. I took another one before bed, which wasn’t really help to numb the pain. I had to play a pain relief hypnosis to help me sleep without any pain 😞
This morning I woke up with cramp and back pain. My stomach still swollen. I feel bad… The pain level is not that high, it’s around 4/10 – 5/10 since yesterday. But last month I didn’t feel any pain on my 11th day of my cycle. 😢😢😢
When will I learn my lesson? I keep falling in the same cheese hole! 😭😭😭
